Truth 1st Gen Butterfly in 2nd Gen
The 1st Generation (95-99) Neon throttle body butterfly can be used in a 2nd generation (2000) neon as a direct replacement. The 1st gen butterfly is aluminum where as the 2nd gen is plastic.

Truth 2nd Gen Center Console in 1st Gen
The 2nd generation (2000+) center console fits in a first generation (95-99) neon. This adds a cup holder closer to the seats and a flip down holder for the back seats. The boot and will either need to be modified or use a 2nd gen boot. Also the E-Brake will need to be added from a 2nd gen.

Truth Automatic ECU's work on Manual Neons
This is completely true for 1st generation neons (95-99). There will be a check engine light on though. For the 2nd generation will also work, but when it starts getting into the sentry keys I think there might be an issue with that part.
